The New Children's Museum
We started our relationship with The New Children’s Museum in San Diego when they were preparing to open a new, green-architecture facility, and came to us to develop their new website. Since then, we’ve partnered with them in many exciting promotional efforts.
The Museum’s website functions as an involvement center for parents, educators and the community. Visitors get information on exhibits and programs, and book visits and parties. Our approach focused on structuring the content for optimal accessibility, while keeping the “fun” aspect up front.
Designing themes for the Museum's annual fundraising galas has also given our team lots of opportunities to get creative.
Concept development, design, web development, copywriting.
For the announcement of their exciting new museum building in downtown San Diego, we designed a press package around the Museum's logo and theme.
Trash: the Gala was the theme for the fundraising gala based on the Museum's ongoing exhibition, Trash, which featured art and hands-on activities involving the use of discarded materials to create useful or expressive things, along with an educational focus on the impact of trash on the environment.
This fundraising gala was given a Brazilian Carnaval theme. We designed a pop-up invitation to emphasize the festive nature of the event.
